Mr. Tabaquin has played a strong role in the development
of the Philippines. He remains the keymaster to many strategic and successful

introductions. In his various positions as the Commissioner of the Bureau of
Internal
Revenue during the Marcos regime, the Advisor to National Security Council during
the Ramos Regime, the Special Advisor to the Speaker of the House ( Joe de Venecia)
and the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (Diosdado Macapagal), Mr. Tabaquin
